January 1st 2016
The first day of a new year. We celebrated today by having turkey and stuffing and veggies. Not anything our of the ordinary but a good meal. Today, I also started a project to do with my daughter, Andy, to join on a "Photo a Day" challenge. Just posted my first photo of the month, my grandfather. For this post, I am going to include a picture of my honey. This photo was taken with my b'day gift, a Nikon camera.
ok, so Babi also took a picture of me and Milo. Then I took a picture of him reading the camera book. It just did not meet his approval as it was not really full of good advice but just a few things here and there. I guess I will have to learn how to take good pictures so I can publish them here!

Belgrade, Serbia - 2015
I cannot believe that I have not updated my blog in such a long time. So here are a couple of pictures of our new adventure in Serbia. We arrived in Belgrade in October of 2013, almost two years ago! We have been having a great time, love our new friends and our new work environment.
This was our first Christmas in 2013 - Our good friend, Jessica Ward

I can't believe my hair is so curly!
My little Milo baby!
Milo is cold so I wrapped him in his blanket like a little burrito!

Mama Lita and her first BIZNIETO (great grandson)
Mama Lita is visiting from Quito, Ecuador and she was very surprised to see her "little boy" had grown so much in her absence. Bryan certainly loves her very much and although there is a language barrier in communication, there is definitely no barrier in the show of love!
Next time she comes to the US, Bryan will probably be a head taller!

2013 - Above the city
We decided to go out and explore today so we went for a drive up Escazu hill and found this hotel/restaurant which has great views of the city. Mami and Tia had a lot of fun and we saw how it had changed from the first time that we went last year when some of the outside buildings were just being built.
